1. Data Controller and Representative

We, Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. and/or group companies and shareholders owned by other companies ("Companies"), prioritize the security of your personal data with the utmost sensitivity. With this awareness, as the Companies, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to individuals related to the Companies in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"). In full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data within the framework defined in the KVKK as a "Data Controller" in accordance with the explanations below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

2. Collection, Processing, and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. and/or group companies and shareholders owned by other companies ("Companies") and their commercial activities; it may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically by our Companies' units, website, satisfaction surveys, site managements, other group companies, and other business partners, which receive services and collaborate to conduct company activities. Your personal data will be processed and, if necessary, updated as long as you benefit from the products and services offered by our Companies.

Additionally, when you use our Companies' services by using our call centers or our website, when you share your personal information, when you visit our Companies' websites and when you attend events or business meetings organized by our Companies, your personal data may be processed.

The collected personal data;
- To ensure compliance with legal regulations or obligations as required by law,
- Providing software services and other outsourcing services for the performance of operational activities,
- Carrying out the necessary studies by the relevant units for the performance of the commercial activities specified in the main contracts of Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. in accordance with the legislation and the policies of the relevant company and Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş.,
- Determination, planning, and implementation of Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş.'s short, medium, and long-term commercial policies,
- Providing information about the products, services, and projects related to the services provided by Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş.,
- Providing effective customer service,
- Presentation of services and offers,
- Conducting all kinds of marketing and advertising activities,
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the human resources department,
- Determining visitor profiles,
- Ensuring the commercial reliability of Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş.,
- Responding to requests, demands, and complaints and ensuring their resolution,
- Providing support services to Customers and Visitors within the scope of the contract and service standards,
- Conducting market research and statistical studies,
- Establishing contact with individuals in business relationships with Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş.,
- Marketing, compliance management, vendor/supplier management,
- Planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes,
- Establishment and management of information technology infrastructure,
- Planning and execution of access authorizations to Data Owner information of employees,
- Tracking of financial and/or accounting transactions, including invoicing,
- Follow-up of legal affairs,
- Planning and execution of corporate communication activities,
- It will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK in order to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data Processed Can Be Transferred

Your collected personal data;
- To carry out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Companies,
- Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Companies and individuals in business relationships with our Companies (sales, service, and administrative operations carried out by our Companies, ensuring the physical security and audit of locations owned by Companies, customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.),
- For the purpose of determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Companies and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies, it may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, our shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data are obtained by Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. in order to provide the products and services offered by our Companies within the framework of the legal framework determined and for the purpose of fulfilling our Companies' contractual and legal obligations in a complete and accurate manner, as explained above. Personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes stated in clauses (1) and (2) of this article.

Your personal data can be obtained through various methods such as verbally, in writing, or electronically by Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. from different sources (such as offices and other physical locations where you can contact Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş., branches, or business partners, call centers, websites, and similar electronic transaction platforms or other public channels). Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. can transfer the personal data collected by one of the companies within Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. to other companies within Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. and these data can be processed by these companies.

5. Rights of the Data Subject as Defined in Article 11 of the KVKK

As data subjects, you can communicate your requests regarding your rights through the methods regulated in this Information and Disclosure Text to our Companies, and our Companies will conclude your request free of charge within a maximum of thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified by our Companies will be charged. In this context, data subjects have the following rights:

• ● To learn whether personal data is processed,
• ● To request information if personal data has been processed,
• ● To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• ● To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether within the country or abroad,
• ● To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• ● To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• ● In case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, to request the elimination of the damage.

You can send your request, including your explanations regarding the rights you wish to exercise, in writing to our Companies. In this context, the channels and methods for sending your written application to our Companies within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.

Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must send your application to our Companies in writing in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, you can submit your application to our Company in writing within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK with identity documents by;

• o Hand-delivering one wet-signed copy to “Tepeören Mah. Özvatan Cad. Araylar Sanayi Sitesi B Blok 10-11 Tuzla/İstanbul,”
• o Sending it to our above-mentioned address by notary or registered mail,
• o By signing with a secure electronic signature and sending it by e-mail to info@sampiyonkokorec.com.tr, or
• o By sending it securely electronically signed from your Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) account to the KEP address of the company you want to apply to, sampiyonlisanslama@hs01.kep.tr.

6. Changes

Şampiyon Lisanslama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. reserves the right to make changes to this information notice due to possible changes in the Law on Protection of Personal Data and the methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
